Our returns policy extends for 14 days after the delivery of your order. After those 14 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in any original packaging (if included).
To complete your return, we require a record of purchase, so please include your name and email address/order number on a note inside the package so we can process it.
Refunds (if applicable) :
Please note, we DO NOT offer refunds on cannabis extracts or edible items as we cannot ensure the sanitation of these products after delivery. Only Mr NICE lifestyle items, such as Accessories and Apparel, are eligible for refunds.
However, if in the unlikely event that you purchase a cannabis extract and find it damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please send us an email to email@example.com with a picture of the damaged product attached as proof, and we will send you a new order free of charge. This policy applies to any product purchased on our site that is found faulty upon delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 23 Noel Street, London, W1F 8GT, United Kingdom.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over GBP 70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not assume responsibility for any returned items lost in the post.
*Alternatively, if you are in the area please feel free to return your order in person by dropping it off with our shop staff to avoid paying additional postage costs.
